Participant Hold Harmless Clause:
I agree, acknowledge and understand the nature of the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games
presented by PlayNow.com and I am of good health and physical condition to
participate in such activities.
As a condition of entry into the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by
PlayNow.com, I understand that the participants enter entirely at their own risk and
I will not hold the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by PlayNow.com, Active
Aging in Manitoba (AAIM), the Steinbach Host Committee, the sponsors and the
Province of Manitoba, their staff, agents, and volunteer workers responsible for
injury, loss or damage occurring during the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented
by PlayNow.com.
I agree to release, discharge and undertake not to commence any action against
the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by PlayNow.com, AAIM, the Steinbach
Host Committee, the sponsors and the Province of Manitoba, their staff, agents,
and volunteer workers from any and all claims and causes of action, or liability of
any kind whatsoever for injuries, property damage, or death, which in any way
results from participating in the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by
PlayNow.com.
I understand the Manitoba 55+ Games presented by PlayNow.com Committee,
AAIM, the Steinbach Host Committee, the sponsors and the Province of Manitoba,
their staff, agents and volunteer workers do not assume responsibility for loss of
wages, medical, dental or hospital care for athletes, officials, or volunteers during
the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by PlayNow.com.
Use of photographic images, interviews and filming of my participation:
AAIM has my permission to include photographic images, interviews and filming of
my participation in the 2025 Manitoba 55+ Games presented by PlayNow.com in
promotional materials for future 55+ Games events and activities and to promote
healthy active aging generally. I understand that any images, interviews, and
filming may be distributed in a variety of settings available to the general public,
including reports, presentations or advertising to promote healthy active living.
